Bringing my baby boy home was one of the most overwhelming moments of my life. The weight of responsibility, sleepless nights, and the unpredictability of each day quickly became overwhelming.
When my son developed severe reflux and a strong milk protein allergy, life felt out of control—except for one thing: his sleep. I was determined to figure it out, and eventually, sleep training changed everything for us.
That life-changing shift inspired me to help other families feel the same relief and joy. It’s what led me to become a certified baby and child sleep consultant.
Our journey wasn’t easy. We faced countless doctor visits, hospital stays, and constantly conflicting advice. I remember wishing someone would just say, “I don’t know the answer, but I know someone who does.” I was desperate for one clear, consistent voice among all the noise.
And that’s how The Yawn Club was born. One reliable source of information to follow.

My Sleep Training Approach
I believe successful sleep training comes down to three key things:
Consistency – This starts with parents confidently following the plan.
Comfort – You need to feel completely at ease with the plan for it to truly work.
Support – Having someone to lean on throughout the process makes all the difference.
That’s why every sleep plan I create is completely tailored to your child and your family. I offer daily WhatsApp support during our sleep package, for you to message anytime in full support of any queries you may have.
Sleep training isn’t about whether toddlers are harder to train than babies, or leaving your child to “cry it out.” Every child is beautifully unique, and your sleep plan should reflect that.
My goal is to gently adjust your family’s routine to help your baby develop healthier sleeping habits—while also giving you the reassurance and support you need along the way.
As a parent myself, I’ve experienced the tough nights and emotional rollercoasters. I know how important it is to feel supported and to listen to one reliable source of information.
